Hassle-free renewal of NBI clearance at Robinsons Cebu
In under five minutes, have your National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance renewed at the agency’s kiosk in Robinsons Place Cebu along Fuente Osmeña in Cebu City.
Just bring any old NBI clearance certificate and you’re set for renewal.
The NBI kiosk, located at the ground floor of Robinsons in Cebu, caters to Central Visayas residents who had been issued clearances in the past and who still have their old certificates with them.
The NBI booth, located near Persian Palate, is open from Monday to Friday. Payment for renewal is 115 pesos.

I went to NBI capital and had to Queue for 2 hours then they said they had no Official reciepts and to keep ringing ,my friend gave up ringing 12 months ago
