In under five minutes, have your National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance renewed at the agency’s kiosk in Robinsons Place Cebu along Fuente Osmeņa in Cebu City.
Just bring any old NBI clearance certificate and you’re set for renewal.
The NBI kiosk, located at the ground floor of Robinsons in Cebu, caters to Central Visayas residents who had been issued clearances in the past and who still have their old certificates with them.
The NBI booth, located near Persian Palate, is open from Monday to Friday. Payment for renewal is 115 pesos.

I went to NBI capital and had to Queue for 2 hours then they said they had no Official reciepts and to keep ringing ,my friend gave up ringing 12 months ago

im just ganna ask some info on how can i renew my nbi clearance if i had lost my own copy of my older clearance? I had renewed my clearance this year but then it so happen that i had lost it a couple of weeks after i had claimed my copy…. what are the steps im gonna do on this matter? please help me? i am hoping to from you soon on this matter… thank you very much…..

how about an NBI clearance for international employment? currently i do have an nbi but its for local purposes(brown color). Do i need to go to the main office to get for international?

I had my nbi clearance renewed at the Robinsons kiosk. Although the actual processing took only 5 minutes or so, the waiting was still horrible. Click on the link to read about it. However this is a lot better still compared to the old process.
how about the new applicants who wants to apply.. i thnk its the easy way also is to go in the robinsons..they must acpt also same as me who r new from this……………so that we have a hastle-free also
