If you ever find yourselves hungry and in the vicinity of Ayala Center Cebu early in the morning like we did, don’t fret. Some shops in The Terraces in Ayala Cebu open at 7 a.m. to serve coffee and breakfast.
Choose from any of the following establishments — Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Gloria Jeans, Seattle’s Best, and UCC Cafe Terrace at the first level and Bo’s Coffee, Pancake House, Postrio, and Starbucks at the 2nd level — that open at 7 a.m. daily.
Pancakes, waffles, Filipino breakfast choices, desserts, and coffee are served at the Pancake House at reasonable prices. A cup of cappucino is at less than a hundred pesos, and prices of pancakes and breakfast meals that include rice range from one to a few hundred pesos.
Pancakes at Pancake House come in big two-piece and three-piece servings and different flavors. The kind we chose had crushed bananas mixed in the pancake. It was delicious. The Spanish omelette also did not disappoint.
Aside from Pancake House and Postrio, the other establishments that open at 7 a.m. in The Terraces are coffee shops.
you’re not really feel safe shopping inside ayala cebu mall..
seems you’re just outside, in the public markets..
the guards are useless..many thiefs strolling around and their cameras are even useless.
I’m really disappointed..my bag been stolen inside the mall while shopping, and the C.I. nor guards did nothing about it. Ughh.. **sigh

atleast they must even cooperate of their customers sakes, by rewinding the cameras inside..
they easily find out when their items are gone, but don’t even care about their customers safety.. Ughh.. **sigh
Ayala Center is not really that ideal for early riser.
For me, you can jog along the busy streets covering Fuente Osmeña and get early servings of breakfast as McDo Fuente, McDo Jones, Orange Brutus or perhaps a cup of hot choco from Dunkin Donuts.
For more greener view, one can jog around the streets of IT Park where shops are almost open 24 hours (except for the night bars.)
